Steve Esh review about company MBCI

MBCI Rome is horrible to deal with. I purchased trim and gutter for a project and they were not helpful and didn't seem to care. Linda Tolpa was my contact and she didn't do well with helping me through the order process. She was very non-relational and didn't provide information unless I asked very specific questions. She was rude over the phone and was slow with communication. My gutter profile ended up being produced incorrectly and I had to re-order. I will try my best to stay away from MBCI trims in the future.
