They were helpful. The hail storm hit as we were preparing to put our house on the market and our agent recommended we call Nate. He understood our situation and the urgency, scheduled a visit for the next day, and gave us piece of mind. He was honest about what he found, no damage at all, and was friendly the whole time. Although we weren't going to need a roof or any repairs he still took the time to make sure for us.
