From the very first phone call to the end of the job we were given exceptional service and communication. We received our quote within one day, and had a follow up email after that from their guy in the field making sure we got the quote and if we had any questions. I had several questions and Nolan never hesitated to get back to me and even met with me in the evening to discuss options. On the day of install their crew was on time and very professional from start to finish. When they were done they cleaned up so well you could barley tell they had been there. The roof looks great! We had received a second quote from another contractor that showed up a week after requesting and acted like they didn't want to be bothered with us. Our experience with Politz was night and day compared to them. I have already recommended Politz to a neighbor and will highly recommend them to anyone else. Thanks for a great job!
