Elena K. review about company J.R. Roofing & Siding Co., Inc.

Contacted the company 5 times to schedule an appointment for in-person meeting and estimate and was assured each time that someone will follow-up with me. I have never heard back from them. Each time I called, I had to tell the story all over again. Receptionist is exceptionally rude and has no idea what customer service is. Clearly, they are too busy to care for new customers. I seriously question the quality of their work, after having negative experience scheduling an appointment.
