If I could give zero stars I would! They called me to clean my chimney for a "special rate". I made an appointment. When they arrived immediately upon seeing the chimney they reacted like the whole thing was ready to collapse on itself. Claimed I needed a new liner. Gave me a "special price". When I told them I needed to get more than just his quote he cut more money off the price however that price was only good if I said yes right then and there. I do not appreciate being bullied. I had a family friend in the business come take a look at my chimney. The only thing that needed to be fixed was a small patch right at the bottom. Oh yeah, they never actually cleaned the chimney but had no problem taking my actual money for not doing so. Essentially I paid money for what most do for free…an estimate. Oh and don't try to get a hold of this company, you'd have an easier time actually speaking with Santa Claus.
