Young and his team are the best! They repaired & waterproofed my 3rd floor roof top patio, that wasn't properly built by the home builder. I had tried "fixing" the problem by putting expensive tile over the original waterproofing flooring, however that only created more problems. After a year of trying to quick fix & calling out different contractors, my rooftop patio had turned into a rooftop pool and was leaking badly into my living room every time it rained for longer than 1 hr. Nelson and his team got to the root of the problem and properly waterproofed my rooftop patio.
