ELX 128 review about company Southwest Mastic Asphalte Co Ltd

AVOID - absolute joke of a company. Failed to fix my roof, took over 3 months to return to resurvey, then took over a month to give me a quote, which was stupidly expensive considering I had already paid them to fix the problem (with a 2 storey scaffolding required - for a small extension roof! Really??). The admin team can be quite rude and offish and require constant chasing, and are constantly fobbing you off. There was no sympathy and the service was very impersonal throughout. I implore you to take your business elsewhere! *Edit regarding reply - I understand it was a busy period for business but I had to wait 5 weeks from your workman revisiting/telling me the problem to actually receiving a quote, which also involved me calling your office over a 2 week period during which I was told both times that my paperwork was "on the desk". Not really acceptable or professional. To those reading take your business elsewhere.
