Sean had two male employees fit a new velux window in my daughter's room and they threw her belongings to the other side of the room and up-ended her bed with all her bedding and belongings on and stood on her pink computer chair in their dirty boots to reach the window - no ladder!! They had no regard or respect for my daughter's things whatsoever. They also "repaired" a leak, which then returned some months later. Sean agreed to come and fix it but didn't turn up, agreed a second time to come and fix it but, again, didn't turn up. When I contacted him to ask what was happening he said he'd decided he wasn't going to do it.
