Sharon Edwards review about company Doug Oliver Development

I called this company to make an appointment for a new roof estimate. The gentleman (whom I'm 99.9% was the owner) was very rude and unsociable. When I had had enough of tongue wrestling with him, I informed him that I would just call someone else. He said fine and he hung up. Less than 3 minutes later he calls back and identifies himself as the owner and said that he understood that I had just called. He lied and said that one of his guys had answered the phone. I told him well that's fine that one of his "guys" had answered the phone...and that he was rude and unsociable and that I did not wish to do business with his company. Moral of the story...first impressions are lasting impressions.
