Paul l review about company Aegis Roofing

I'm not sure how this "company" managed anything over one star, I have a feeling they have had friends plug the reviews because most of them are non specific. Made an appointment, no show and no call. Called to see if they were planning on coming out, and got an uninterested guy on the phone who asked us to reschedule. No show no called for that one too. If you need work done I'd suggest summit environmental solutions. I immediately got a response and they are coming out in a reasonable amount of time. Your business should be built on reputable service. Still waiting I just want to point out that the response to this review by the vendor is inaccurate. The company did not call to reschedule. After being an hour late for the first scheduled appointment, we contacted them. They gave is a new appointment today at 1pm, to which they neither showed up for, not called to apologize or inform us they would be late. I don't appreciate the dishonest nature of the response. Again, your actions (or inaction) proceeds your reputation. If you had any honor you would fix your mistake.
