White Castle Roofing recently put a new roof on our house and is scheduled to put new gutters on soon. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the price, quality of the work, and customer service thus far. The customer service has truly been outstanding. From the sales people, to the schedulers, roofers and site supervisor, everyone did a great job. Even when the unexpected occurred, White Castle staff immediately communicated with us and addressed it promptly. They actually went above and beyond to make sure we were 100% happy with the product and services they provided. They provided a level of customer service and attention to detail that is unheard of in this day and age. They were responsible, timely, efficient, conscientious and pleasant in every interaction thus far. When I had concerns or questions, they took the time to respond in detail. You could not ask for more from a roofing company, or really any service provider. I admit, I tend to be a little critical of construction/service companies - but not only would I not hesitate to recommend this company - I will actively promote their services and products. If this experience was typical of their work, a company like White Castle Lincoln truly deserves your patronage.
