Felicia Carter review about company Southern Colorado Roofing & Hauling

This company put a new roof on my house after the hailstorm in June 2018 and never got a permit to do the new roof. I also paid them $1500 for a new window. The window was never ordered nor have I received my money back. I spoke with wife Mel she promised to rectify the problem. They won't return my phone calls, emails and my money. Matt is a fast talker and a liar. We had to fire him due to inconsistency and not following thru.
