Dustin and Chris were professional from day 1! They came by after a hail storm hit our area and checked out every part of my roof and gutters. Transparency in this field feels hard to come by and they shared work orders, building code, and everything else with my insurance and me personally to make me feel secure in such a large investment. The supplies were delivered on time. The dumpster was actually beautiful! Pink and clean! They put down wood to protect my actual driveway from damage. I have two boys who never wear shoes and they as well as their crew took time each and every day to clean up the yard and check for nails. The work was done quickly and even when a batch of shingles that were ordered had to be returned for defects they communicated through the entire process and it only extended the work by 3 days. I have recommended them to every neighbor and friend I have. My roof is stunning. They walked me through the process of choosing shingles and a drip edge that would really make my home stand out. They did not have to replace the gutters reset them which is so wonderful! I can't say enough what a blessing working with ELO was to our family!!!
