Rexmidian eStore review about company Trustmark Roofing

The damaged roof of our home was satisfactorily replaced by Trustmark Roofing. This company has potential but I rate it a 2 star rating for the following reasons: 1. Communication with customer is limited. 2. Representatives lack professionalism. 3. Customers who question advertised policies are neglected. Training to improve personnel demeanor with sensitivity to customer issues would better serve this company. For now, future referrals shall be placed with a company that has better business practices and policies that are implemented as they advertised.
