Alex Miller review about company Bigley Construction, LLC

Leased from the Bigley's for 20 months in Union. Put $1200 deposit down and paid $1200/mo for a house they couldn't sell (hence leasing it to me) They were in the house several times my last 2 months - showing it, replaced air filter. It was in amazing shape, clean and borderline HGTV staged for them to find a new tenant. I offered to donate furniture to them for the needy. All was good. They refused to walk through with me before I permanently move away, which was strange. Week after moving, I ask about my $1200 deposit and they said sorry, not getting any! "House is destroyed". Positively criminal. Not worth small claims court; if I thought I could sue them and my lawyer wouldn't cost more than $1200, I would enjoy the process.
