Mark W review about company Ed Clark Roofing

First of all, the employee that performed the work took several days to complete the job in which I was initially told would only take approximately 1 day. Secondly, while in the process of repairing an area of shingles, he found an small area structure that needed minor repair. He immediately informed me that there is an absolute minimum charge for structure repair no matter how small it is. The minimum price he charged for the small repair was $1500.00 and only took approximately 3 additional hours to repair. There was nothing I could do since my roof was exposed. So I became a victim of his price gouging. In the end, he guaranteed his work and promised to come back if there were any problems. Well, after the first hard rain, all the areas that I originally wanted fixed, had leaked. I have tried repeatedly to call them...have left multiple voicemails but have had no response. DO NOT USE ED CLARK ROOFING!
