Brad Flowers review about company American Roofing Company

I had a great experience with American Roofing Company via River Mark my main contact with the company. River knocked on the door and asked if I would allow him to inspect the roof for free so of course I said yes. A few minutes later he came back with photos of damaged areas to my roof (which would never have been seen from the ground). River handled all the communication with my insurance company making the whole experience seamless for me. About 2 weeks later I had a new roof done by what I would call a very professional and competent crew and then followed up days later to sweep the yard a 3rd time to look for any misplaced nails around the yard. Bottom line is I felt that I was treated exceptionally well and would recommend this company to anyone looking for a new roof.
