Ben T review about company Four Seasons Roofing Inc

After seeing their impressive pictures on their website I called to get a price quote to repair a roof and the woman who answered was obviously not in the mood to answer the phone. After giving my name, number, location, and before I could explain the problem she simply said they'd call before visiting and hung up. Sadly four days later there has still been no follow up call. So I've cancelled my quote request and am now trying one of the other companies in the area as customer service is extremely important when you're talking about a product that is the definition of a long term service commitment. Your mileage may vary, perhaps you'll even get their attention...
