Karen Foster review about company Windows and More, LLC

I called a couple of windows and doors companies and all of them with the exception of Windows and More took my name number to have a rep call back. Windows and More immediately scheduled an appointment for a sales rep to come to my house to give me a quote on replacing a very old sliding glass patio door. Adam was a few minutes late and called to let me know. Little did he know a rep from another company had stood me up the day before so a phone call to let me know he was going to be a little late was very welcomed. Adam was very personable and knew his stuff. Adam listened and offered his advice but never once did I feel pressured. I ended up purchasing French Doors instead of a sliding glass door. Installation day came and it was determined the wrong size doors were ordered (something that really couldn’t be seen until the old sliding glass door and security doors were removed). The install guy (who was fantastic) temporarily installed a new sliding glass door until my replacement doors came in. It took several weeks but in the end, I love my new French Doors and I thank Adam for helping me to see beyond what I thought I wanted. I would recommend this company to family and friends.
