Kelsie Busby review about company Rock Foundation Repair Specialist

Terrible customer service. Requested a bid evaluation of pier and beam house for leveling, scheduled an appointment. Address given, staff could not find home, would not answer phone, only texting to get directions. I was trying to assist them in finding our home, and instead of trying to find us they just turned around but didn't let me know. I had to ask (through text message) if I should still be expecting them- an hour after appointment scheduled. Texted response "no I don't think we are able to make it." Unprofessional communication and not customer service friendly.
