North End re-did our roof on our house and garage and we couldn't be happier. From beginning to end working with Mike (owner) was a great experience and we liked that we were communicating directly with the owner. Whether it was via email, phone call, or even text messages, Mike was always very responsive and provided the answers to all our questions. He also came by on the weekend to meet us in person before the project to go over any questions or concerns way may have. We requested quotes from multiple roofing companies and Mike's was very competitive but what we liked best was that he was the only one who gave best and worst case scenarios because of our concerns about a bad roof deck. He provided a detailed quote with itemized costs as well as what the expense would be if we needed a whole new deck or no deck. We appreciated knowing the worst-case scenario as far as cost. The project was done quickly (one day) and the roof looks great. We've had many compliments about how much newer and nicer the house looks with the new roof and we now have the peace of mind that our roof can withstand the storms and elements.
