Lee Sonnenburg review about company Kerr's Roofing

Well I wanted to go with these guys because of the great reviews and I even know one of the reviewers below who gave them 5 stars, but they have zero professional courtesy. I called two days ago to see if they could come patch my roof caused by wind damage, "Oh yeah no problem I'll get to it tomorrow morning." 2pm rolls by the next day and my wife says they still haven't arrived so I call to see what's up. He says they're finishing up another job and if they have time, they'll come do it, otherwise they'll get it done tomorrow. At this point my house has been exposed and in the rain for 24 hours. Next day, no show again. So I called and just told him I'd go with someone else. Listen, I get that you're probably busy with other jobs and you can't get to my roof right away; that's not the issue here. It's the fact I was led to believe they'd get it done the next morning, then the next day after that and it still wasn't done. No call saying they're delayed or letting me know what's going on or anything. No mention of having other jobs before mine and giving me some kind of realistic timeline. So my wife has been stuck at home waiting on them all day for 2 days and my roof still isn't done and will be in the rain for longer now that I have to find another company. Needless to say I'm very disappointed and will not be recommended the name Kerr's Roofing to anyone.
