I called them to have them come out and give me an estimate for some of roofing work. They said that they would be out at my house at noon the next day. I arranged my entire day so that I could be home at noon. The Roof Doctor never showed up. They never called, nothing. By 4pm that same day I called their office in Shelton to find out what happened. The lady who answered told me she would find out what's going on and call me back. She never did. I gave them the entire next day to call me back to reschedule. They never did. My job wasn't a big job. It must not have been important enough for them to even bid on it. Very disappointed in the Roof Doctor as I need help with my roof. I would never recommend them to anyone as they were to inconsiderate to communicate with me.
