I requested a quote for a basement remodel in March. I took time off work to meet with a sales associate to discuss a plan and get measurements. She said it would be "next week" before she could get back to me with a preliminary estimate. Yeah, it's June and haven't heard a thing. She was disorganized from the start and provided none of the helpful informational flyers other builders did. I should have realized then what I was getting in to.
