They did a roof for me 5 years ago on Anna Maria island. They used inferior nails where the heads rusted off therefore leaving the shingle unsecured. I loose shingles every time the wind blows. The contractor should use better fasteners when working on the island. Called them about the problem and they wanted to charge me to fix it even though it was clearly a warranty issue with the fasteners
