Emily Qin review about company Oliver Roofing

I contacted Nelson last year as our roof window was leaking. They quoted £1500 for changing it to a plastic window. I had no idea about how expensive it was and went for it. Everytime they come back with new “problems” found on the roof. Eventually I paid £6K in total. Nelson promised us a 15 years guarantee for roof window. It was leaking again after every couple of month. When I try to contact Nelson, he promised to come back every day but never do so! I had to find another builder whom was referred by a friend. He said the window was leaking because it was not the right size and also not sealed properly! Plastic piece window is much cheaper and the price I was charged was way too much for what was done!
