Ashley Verbitsky review about company DeSimone Roofing Inc

I want to update my prior review below. DeSimore was very responsive to my calls and immediately added us back to their schedule. Within a week, they were on my roof doing a full repair at no cost to me. My husband states it looks much better than it did before. While I applaud their customer service, I'm still frustrated that a new roof leaked at all. Fingers crossed this was the right fix. Thank you, DeSimone, for properly handling this and trying to make it right. If I could give negative stars, I would. I had Desimone put a new roof on my house less than a year ago. Two weeks after installation, it leaked. After several calls and scheduling issues, they sent someone back out to "fix" it. According to my husband, the flashing they did around the chimney is awful. It is now a few months later and it is leaking again. It is not an unreasonable expectation to have a brand new roof NOTleak. We are still picking up nails and shingles from our property as well - and had one in the tire of our vehicle. Save yourself the trouble and find a better roofing company than this one.
