Carl Gardner review about company Gardner Roofing Company

Didn't even bother showing up for scheduled, initial inspection / estimate. Worse off, when I called the estimator "Vince" a half hour after his scheduled arrival, he said that he had something come up "last night" (so he knew he wouldn't show up to this appointment at 0830). An early AM courtesy call is all I needed to reschedule this company (and get on with my day). If you no show for an estimate, I just can't rationalize a second chance to hire you to do something as important as a new roof. Also called the actual company to see if I could get someone else out (perhaps the problem is isolated to just this one guy). Admin didn't seem to care that her guy didn't show up. She said she does t know anyone else's schedule. It seems like this business has no organization at all, they allow their estimators to do whatever they want. Who is actually responsoble for the work? 6 months from now if there is a leak... Who will own it? Does not build confinfidence!
