Justin Bowers was supposed to repair my roof. I paid him up front as he assured me that he would complete the work within the next week. After a month of calling and texting him without any response, he finally called me back to tell me that he didn't have my money or the resources to do my roof because he used my money to pay debts on other jobs. I hope my $4,000 was worth 2-7 years in prison for a class D felony!
