Had true north recommended to us, had them come out at the end of the year to do shingle replacement as well as the eaves. When dealing with them, they refused to call me back when i had questions as to when the work will start, told them that I had dogs so i needed to know when they will be here so I can secure the dogs as they would get in the way, they continued to call my husband who worked out of town at the time and i would continue to call them without having them call me back.During the winter we noticed the eaves were leaking, we called and were told they were closed for the year and to call back in spring or send an email. I called at the beginning of May of this year told them of the situation of eaves leaking at the corners and nails left on the roof and damage to siding and I was told that someone would come out and that he will call me back. I have waited until almost the end of the month and have yet to receive a call. I have asked my husband to call and we still have not received a call back. This is not what we would expect from a reputable company.
