Angie Miller review about company K & A Roofing

Terrible customer service. They replaced our roof after the hail storm last year and were supposed to come back to cover the fascia and soffits. Armando gave us an estimate, but said it might be a few weeks because so many houses needed roofs. That was fine. 2 months later, they were out of supplies and sending someone to Sioux Falls to get more and it would be a week. Then winter came, so I waited til spring. Twice this year, they said they’d be out and no one showed. Yesterday, i again talked to his wife and then him. He said he’d come out. I had plans for the evening but cancelled them, waiting for him. At 8:45 pm, he still never came, so I left a message. Its now 10:30am the next morning and no call, no anything. I regret ever giving them my business.
