Jenny Brooks review about company EBM Building Group

Job took forever, standard was not as expected and very overpriced! I agreed to a price which was fair for what I expected to get. However I regretted this decision. Very messy work, ill prepared workmen- I had to provide hoses, dustpan and brush and a bucket so they could clear up. I also had to supply electricity and water which was not made clear to me at the time of quotation. Terrible job of tidying up afterwards, left rubbish and rubble all over street and neighbours complained! I would not recommend this company. When I complained to the manager, he took forever replying and it was always me chasing him around trying to find out when the work would be finished etc. scaffolding was left up outside our house causing a hazard for our neighbours for way too long after the job was completed because I refused to pay for the "cleaning down"!would not use this company again.
