B Ritchie review about company R.W. Mulligan

I highly recommend RW Mulligan. Working with them was a pleasure. We recently moved into a home that had 2 small 2nd floor balcony patios. Turns out both were leaking through roof overhang below. In order to get the job done correctly RW Mulligan had to remove old flat roof, sub-floor, damaged trim, and doors. The doors were then re-flashed, raised and put back in. RW installed new drain (that works), new sub-floor, replaced all trim and moldings. The roofers/carpenters did a great job and all water drains properly. RW Mulligan's communication throughout the whole process was fantastic. Emails included pictures and all decisions were discussed and explained prior to any work being completed. If I ever need any more roof work RW Mulligan will be the only company I will call! Brian R. Cutchogue, NY
