Dave Alward review about company D & S Services Group, LLC

My experience with Daniel Kanton at D & S Services is at the top of my list for great contractors, especially roofing work! He and his crew provided the full service and had everything done in one day. I've known of people getting a roof replacement where the home owners have to clean up behind the contractors afterwards... Not with these guys, everything was left immaculate after the job. Not to mention, I had a brand new beautiful roof (GAF - Timberline architectural shingles) when I arrived at my house after work. The main thing that stood out to me was the way Daniel stayed in contact with me and the insurance to make sure everything went smooth. TRUST was established early on... Everything was communicated to make it a seamless process for my wife and I. I believe communication is key, especially when you are getting things done with the insurance. He basically let me relax and went back and forth with the insurance so I didn't have to. He even coordinated with the insurance adjuster to get everything going. Furthermore, everything got approved, we scheduled the job out a couple of weeks due to rain, then executed on a day that was good for everyone. There were more things that needed to be replaced than anticipated so he made sure it was taken care of. He told me "If something else needs to be done it will get done", which made me instantly relax. I was ensured that he will not overlook anything that needed to be addressed. This is great character if you ask me because there are several contractors that just want to get paid and do not really care if the job gets done right or not. Also the extra repairs were very reasonable and did not cost as much as I thought it would. He actually submitted the additional info to the insurance to make sure we got more coverage than we initially planned for. Bottom line, I would recommend D & S Services to anyone looking for the best in the business. He does several other things besides roofs and keeps it professional. You will not be let down when you hire this guy... You can count on it!
