If you wanna be at risk of Hiring some one with out the proper gear go right ahead, and doesn't work a full schedule might be lucky to get 5 hours a day most the time.......worked for they guy for 2 sesons full on loyalty dedicated to hard work and threw me under the buss to be able to save money and look at some ass, trust worthy I think not!!!!
