AVOID THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SAKE Our roof is leaking and My pros is giving every excuse under the sun refusing to fix the issue. We gave Joe an entire week to get out to our house to even just look at the issue and he still has not even showed up. They ARE EVEN USING OUR HOUSE FOR ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE!!!! What they are not advertising however is the thousands of dollars of damage we have to our living room and basement that they are refusing to fix or warranty. AVOID THIS COMPANY. I can almost guarantee they will not be in business long enough to execute a warranty claim and from our experience even though they are still in business, they will not stand behind their warranty. You have a chance to fix this Joe. Make it right. -YES JOE IT WAS AN ICE DAM, we both agree on that. Where the issue lies is the fact that we paid you and your company to redesign this section of roof to eliminate this issue. Also you and I both know that this roof leaked in the same exact location in July and we expressed our concerns and told you we would have this exact problem. Your salesman assured us we had a "25 year warranty" stating that "we would be covered even if we had an issue, including interior damage". How do you explain why our roof leaking in July? Was that an Ice dam? Your company is a scam Joe and we intend to warn everyone possible about you so they do not have the same issue. AVOID THIS COMPANY
