WE were very fortunate to request a roofing estimate from Certified Roofing Solutions. After viewing the issues regarding our roof the gentleman recommended that we file with our insurance company because of the damage he saw and photographed while on our roof. He allowed us to sign a contract for a new roof contingent upon approval by our insurance company. He supplied us with the photos and a written explanation of what he saw and why he was recommending a full replacement which we forwarded to our insurance company. After the insurance companies inspection they agreed with the recommendation of a roof replacement due to wind damage.. Within 3 weeks the crew started working on our roof and completed the job in 3 days. The crew was exceptional and very professional while on the job. Even the neighbors were impressed with the replacement and clean up. Everyone we came in contact with directly and on the phone were awesome in their professional attitude and warm personalities.
