Rainshield is amazing to work with from start to end. Very professional and they go out of their way to help you out and accommodate your needs. I've not quite moved in to my new home and it takes me a few hours to drive up each time I need to be there. Bob was great in accommodating my schedule and even meeting me on short notice at a coffee shop to run through the work, contract and roofing choices. Before I closed on my house!! Also the roofing work started three weeks early!!! And Joe the foreman was fabulous to work with. When he found out I lived a few hours away and couldn't be on site, he constantly gave me updates. And sent me pictures of the work and asked me questions so that I could make informed decisions. That to me is very important for a long distance customer working OT on a full time project and greatly reduced my anxiety and stress. Very happy with the final result!! You wouldn't go wrong going with Rainshield.
