They will only honor there work if you can wait 2 months for them to even check on the problem. I have left no less than 10 messages and no one will call you back. The girl who finally answered the phone could care less that my roof was leaking. I regret ever using them to roof my home. My suggestion would be to check the Better Business Bureau ratings.
