Emma LV review about company K & S General Contracting Inc.

I just bought a house with a 4 year old roof installed by this company. I had 2 home inspections with a minor issue noted. I recently had a leak and received the companies contact information from the prior owner. It took 4 phone calls over 3 days before I received a phone call. I also received a lengthy email from the project manager who was clearly frustrated with the past owner, and I felt it was being transferred to me. It is unfortunate that a company would treat a prospective customer this poorly. I will be contacting another company who hopefully understands how to service customers.
