Dale Johnson review about company Millennium Home Design

I called and talked to Bob couple weeks ago to have them help my aunt with her roof from damage back in Oct 2018, I advised him where she is located and asked if they cover that area, they said yes. He said he will call set appt with her. The day he supposed to arrive he cancelled saying family emergency. My aunt called back to reschedule said that they don't service that area. I just talked to Bob, he was very rude, didn't give me a chance to talk. He said they don't work with FEMA , I was trying to see if we can work out a deal, he talked over me and hung up the phone. This is poor customer service.
