Made a request for repair, they said they would get back to me. Called and spoke with them at the main number, texted and called them to their cell phones, and kept being told they would get back to me. WAITED A MONTH AND A HALF for them to get back to me, still NO ANSWER. Called the last time and was told that if I called other roofing companies I would be waiting anyway. I asked for them to just tell me please if they could just not do the job so I wouldn't have to keep waiting like I had been: They then told me they couldn't do the job, in a dismissive and rude manner. Based on other reviews, great work if you can get past the NON-EXISTANT CUSTOMER SERVICE.
