Tim Gagliardo review about company Swingle Countertop Services

We had the unfortunate luck to get Jodie as the person who placed our order. We needed a custom countertop. She failed us with the finished product. Came in two pieces not even close to matching. Really embarrassing. She is nice as can be and spent a lot of time educating us in many ways but the proof is in the finished product. We sent her pictures of the terrible job and her response is that this is what she does in her “flip” homes. Unfortunately this is our home for life not a “flip” home. Very insulting very disingenuous. I sent her pictures of how they failed us and she again stated how it looks fine. They are so nice and happy to take your money but they did not stand behind their work for us. After two business days of no response to our request we had to have it installed which we did by our contractor. She then asked if we would bring it down to see if we could match it better. Really lady?! I requested to have them remove and replace which is what they should do. I see they have some happy reviews but ours is most definitely not one of them. Deal with sales person or Jodi’s husband. Jodi will tell you how she has been an interior decorator for years. That doesn’t mean anything when you deliver a bad job.
