Jesse Cadiz review about company Linear Roofing & General Contractors LLC

I’m writing to recommend Linear Roofing. An insurance claim was involved. Our roof was completed 11/2018. Our stucco house is 2-story, over 4,000 sq ft, with a roof with many high peaks and valleys. Zach Hernandez was our contractor. Installing the roof required competencies in roof installation, gutters, stucco, and since there were water leaks into a bedroom, needed dry wall repair, and interior painting. Zach’s sub-contractors performed outstanding workmanship. Three companies provided bids. Zach’s selling approach was “soft sell”, not aggressive. His estimates…and the materials he suggested…were within reason…and ethical; meaning that he wasn’t bidding a higher price, and then substituting lower quality materials, and lower quality subcontractors. Zach was also diplomatic in approaching our insurance company with findings of more damage, and requesting additional funding. Follow-up was impeccable, as we discovered minor issues after installation. Wife is a micro-manager, and Zach performed well under her scrutiny. Roof was done in 2 days. We are very satisfied.
