I had two other companies come out and give estimates before Minnick Home Solutions. I had a leak in my roof that I desperately needed fixed. After coming out and inspecting the roof, both companies told me that they'd call back with an estimate later in the day. Days and days past. Neither company would return my calls. I guess my emergency was too small of a job for them. Meanwhile, I had water pouring into my house. Minnick came out immediately, assessed the damage, and my roof was fixed within 2 hours of the estimate! I couldn't even get the other guys to give me a final estimate, let alone actually fix the roof. Everyone was extremely friendly and informative. This is my first home, my first roof leak, and my first home insurance claim. They walked me through everything I needed to know, got everything patched up, and saved me a lot of money by mitigating the damage that would have continued had I not gotten that leak fixed. The insurance company was also extremely happy with the work (and cost). Highly, highly recommended.
