Steve review about company G J Goss Contracting Inc

This is an update to my last review. I gave the company a 1 star rating. It took weeks to get an answer about a repair job. Finally, the owner visited and assured me he would take care of my problem. Another week went by and no call from him. I called and asked for the service quote. Several days later I was called and informed that my roof would be repaired. The owner dropped the ball. Approximately 10 years ago they put a new shingle roof on my home. The job was done efficiently and with good quality. A couple years ago we experienced a leak above the porch roof. They responded in a timely manner and apparently made the repair. I say apparently. In the past couple months the leak reappeared dripping from the ceiling above the porch. The primary problem is flashing. The rainy weather has continually created a mess on the porch. The company visited 4 weeks ago and has yet to provide a quote to remedy the problem. I called at least 3 times and each time was told that a quote still needs to be written. Today, 11-09-2018 I called the office again and was told the quote still needed to be written. I responded that if no response I'm going somewhere else...I did.
