Owner review about company Classic Remodeling Inc.

I have had a very poor experience with this company. They do not keep their word and you have to chase them down to get a response only for them to continue to ignore you and not be responsive. I waited over a month for an estimate (after they came to our home) and each time I inquired they said they would send and never sent. Out of curiosity I continued to pursue them because frankly after 1 week I knew we would not use them. In today’s environment service and work ethic is critical and they do not represent that at all. Do yourself a favor and spend your money with a company that actually wants it.
