We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Bak Brothers. Starting with the quoting process - Artur was thorough and paid attention to detail with our request for a siding quote. He explained the detailed installation process during our initial meeting. His quote was presented to us in a binder with an explanation about each line item on the quote. He gave us a wide variety of options. We had gotten quotes from 3 other contractors and Bak Brothers blew them all away with the detail. We knew after that, we were making the right choice with Bak Brothers. We were updated with start dates, what would happen during the installation and all along the way, Ben would check in to make sure we were aware of any changes. The installers, Simon and Mark, were friendly and did an amazing job of cleaning up the job site at the end of each day. We have two small rescue dogs and asked that they keep the backyard gate closed when they were working in the back. They were on top of it all the time. Our project was a substantial job and spending what we were spending, We are very happy with the finished project and incredibly happy that we choose Bak Brothers for the project.
