John review about company Pachner Exteriors, LLC

After a hail storm unlike any I have seen in 24 yrs. I talked to Isiah and let him know I was not in the position to replace the roof (insurance was not going to cover it), but he still sent someone to inspect and seal issues on the roof. This was at no charge or obligation. The next day Loren showed to inspect and seal any issues he found. He was thorough, very Knowledgeable and I did not feel he hurried anything. He let me know the issues I had and what he had sealed to help me get by. Never did I feel they were trying to "sell" me a roof. I had to ask for a quote so as I can budget to it. I feel comfortable recommending Pachner just from my interactions with them. Where I am not able to do so at this time, I do plan to work them when I can. I would recommend at least giving them a call.
