Carolina Roof Rescue replaced our large, 25 year old roof and did an outstanding job in every way. They responded immediately to my request for a proposal, and Jeremy came out to assess our project within a day. Jeremy is a true pleasure to work with. He is very friendly, conscientious, knowledgeable, and dedicated to doing a superb job for his customers and providing the best product, pricing, and service. He made several recommendations that helped us achieve our goals in the most cost-effective manner. They offered the most competitive pricing out of all of the proposals we received. After we accepted their proposal, they scheduled our project very quickly, even though it was a large one that would take 3-4 days to complete. The work was handled smoothly and professionally from start to finish. Even during the project, they kept our yard clear of debris, clearing away the old roofing as soon as they had it off of the house and never leaving materials scattered about. They also went above and beyond to help us with repairs to our cupola and installation of a new weather vane. Our new roof looks beautiful and we will have no worries about it in the years to come.
